2009 Orin Swift Palermo Cabernet Sauvignon

This is a really good deal, about $32-35/bottle. Hard to get in limited allocation but its a big wine with loads of dark red fruit and spice, but balance and acidity that can tear into a solid chunk of beef. Wine has a long finish with raspberry, fig and hint of licorice at the very beginning. Look for some seasonal spice in there as well. A big wine that should do well with 5-10 in the cellar.
