It felt like fall today so out came this beaujoulais

Noise is just wonderful, with that for me typically slightly sweet red fruit and slight spicy nose, followed by dark red fruitst. On the palate its much the same, only with a good level of density, good minerality and freshness. Wines appears to have a solid core structure, as it evolved slowly over dinner. Thing was a very nice bottle, making me glad that I picked up six so I can revisit slowly for the next few years.
