2003 Tokaj Hétszolo Tokaji Aszú 3 Puttonyos

This is a lovely bottle that is more than anything is a rather elegant dessert wine. At 3 P, its sweet but not overtly so, in fact it's acidity is high enough to threaten to unbalance this thing but is just enough now to keep it vervy and on its toes. Nice nose of honey, a bit of what I call plastic, but is a combo of a few things I'm sure, apricot. Decent density but not overtly heavy. Better with some air.
