A mid of 06 and 07 fruits, this is an interesting blend of a slightly more aged 06 wine with the benefits of a bit of time and the 07 with its vibrancy. More densely flavored than the other wines, as well as a hint more sugar. It was much fuller bodied than the other cain wines presented but lacked the elegance of the Cain Five blend.
