APB for racking!!!

Mymortgage was approved for my first house today!!! I am building a permanent cellar, which must be done right as i move in. I already own a cooler unit from my current apartment, and have plans laid out to build the room, but can't seem to find any good deals on the net right now for racking. Doesn't it always work out that way? You always find the deals until you actually need one. The bottom line is, I don't need flashy, just functional. I have found racking for less than 50 cents per bottle in the past, and that's the bogey now. If anyone knows of a deal floating around can you let me know? Oh, yeah, it has to be for about 3000 bottles....

The cheapest racking I know is the set from Ikea and it is in your price range. The only bad thing I remember is that bottle density is poor, i.e., the room is unnecessarily larger. I got racking on sale from William Sonoma's marketplace. They were around $1 a bottle but is very dense.
