If anyone needs expert advice on this subject, I highly recommend a little book by Dr. Richard Gold entitled, "How and Why to Build a Wine Cellar." I obtained my copy from Amazon.com for $25.95 plus shipping. Can't say enough for this little book. Thanks to Dr. Gold's excellent discussion of the factors bearing on control of humidity and temperature in a wine cellar, I'm finally making progress in correcting my cellar's long-standing problems. There is now hope that the old storm cellar will one day morph into a decent wine cellar!
