My new favorite sparkler. We got a bunch of cases in the shop in a distributor close out. So, we get a really great employee price. Anyway, I really love this Blanc de Blanc - wonderful crisp citrus notes with a bit of toast. Love it!!!

I've been eyeing the opportunity to purchase some Billecart-Salmon Rose'. The more Pinot Noir in a Champagne or sparkling wine, the better I seem to like it.
