I was perusing the old notes in this forum and saw that you like armagnac. Any favorites? I've had 5 or 6 from $30-$100 and really loved all but one. I think most of my favorites have been Bas-Armagnac (I'm not 100% clear on the designations, but I'm ordering Charles Neal's book on armagnac for my birthday)

Not Foodie, but if you can find some vintage Chateau de Laubade Bas Armagnac, give it a try. I was impressed with the glass a friend shared with me. I have no idea what it sells for.
