for a farewell dinner with a good friend before she moves away, i need one bottle of a really nice aged, mature riesling. it's her favorite varietal, but she's never had a mature one. this will likely be drank and savored without food. kabinett or spatlese style, no sweeter please. i'm thinking $50ish, but am a little flexible there. what i can't be flexible about is i'd need this bottle in my hand by the end of the week. if u can help, please e-mail me: keithrstclair at yahoo dot com nospam please. thanks in advance, and sorry about the double post (also put this in 'Germany' folder).

Hotwine: Don't see anything in my Inbox or Spam folder that looks like a wine-related e-mail. Please re-send it if you could. keithrstclair at yahoo dot com

Keith, looks like I left out your middle initial in your email address. Corrected and re-sent.

hiya, verne.

life is busy as heck, and i'm again reminded that divorce truly stinks. you would think i'd have learned my lesson the first time (even though it seems this one, too, will be completely civilized.)

which has resulted in me literally just about being out of wine. i took about 18 cases out to LA in Oct. '07. Had about 6 when I moved back to D.C. a year later. i now have 3 bottles left. not having money s-cks. gonna have to skip the vegas visit on super bowl weekend again this year.

my best holiday wishes to you, CB and all the clan. really hope to see you in the new year. i now have 3 friends in the phoenix area (you included). i think you need to host an offline for the regulars on the board. to make that trip, i'd find the dinero.
