Bucko, I got the annual order form for the Cougar Gold. They also sent a sheet with their other cheeses, and the American Cheddar looked interesting. Have you ever tried it?

KC he has no Ideer whas ' you be talkin' 'bout. Twere the weener who brought the wonders of Cougar Goid to the forum. I just ordered 8 tins of the gold, 2 each of the Pepper Jack, Cheddar, and the Jalapeno. Haven't tried any others as it's hard to improve on perfection. WEW

ww, Sorry about that. I though it was the Buckster since he lives up that way. How do you keep all that cheese? Do you have a second fridge just for that? So, the Cheddar's a good bet, huh. I guess I'll get one. We're not huge cheese eaters, though I do like it and I've been putting out the Cougar Gold for the pre-Thanksgiving goody table.

KC I have a 6-tier storage shelf in my cellar where I keep wines to be drunked standing and store excesses of everything that will benefit from the 52-53* temp.ww

You actually listen to WW's drivel? The only cheese he knows about is what he steals from a trap.

Cougar Gold and the hot pepper are my favorites -- usually get 4 cans of each.

Go to their web site - www.wsu.edu/creamery.

It's an interesting story, and there's a section on numerous ways to use the empty cheese cans. Oh, and you can order some really good cheese, too.

Your link is no good -- get rid of the period at the end.

Or better yet, use this link:
