Had a group dinner last night at Ruth's Chris in Boston. This is located in the old city hall building and it is very nice on the inside. Nicely refurbished.

Started night off with a bottle of the 2004 Chimney Rock Stag's leap Cabernet and that was a solid bottle (deep, dark, brooding, ripe, reserve). Dinner in a private room started with Gloria Ferrer Reserve (light, apples, biscuity), and then moved to the Belle Glos PN and the 2004 Ch. Gloria which was also a solid wine (balanced, medium+ body, not heavy).

No note...just consumed a bit too much perhaps.... but a nice evening.
