i am a novice concerning wine and about to open a restaurant that sells non alcoholic wines.please can you advice me on the best non alcoholic wines or where to find them or the best way to source my wine menu.also advice me on what to look out for.

Hi uyite and welcome to the board. You're asking an oxymoron...There is no best non-alcoholic wine'.I cant for the life of me understand why prople are trying to remake one of lifes great beverages If you're opening a healthful
natural foods only type restaurant for goodness sakes serve fruit juice which is what you're basically doing when taking the alcohol out of wine, only it's the worst of both worlds.WW
