Didn't know where to put this but my very best friend, Jeff, who lurks on this board but won't post, can't explain why, well his 30 year old son was killed in an automobile accident Friday evening in Loris, SC. He's devastated and I spent most of the day with him and some wine. He and his wife are traveling to SC in the morning for services during the week. I never met the son but my heart is breaking for him. We were side partners with the Baltimore City Police for 15+ years and he is my brother. We do everything together, golf, wine, law enforcement talk, etc. (he still works for Baltimore City as an officer). If you have a spare prayer he needs it now.

Drew

My deepest sympathies, Drew, prayers are en route. Mercy. We're not supposed to outlive our kids.

Friends like you will help him cope. What a sad thing to have a life cut short by an accident.

Drew, I will pray for him and light a candle.

As someone who has lost a number of wonderful people, it helps to have a brother and friend like you. You sound like a magical person...

Keep it up and god bless.
