We are leaving on Friday morning for six day sojourn. We have a weekend event at the Samoset Resort in Rockland, and will leave from there on Sunday for Utica. Bev has her first semiannual appointment of the year there on Tuesday. We will return on Wednesday.

That leaves us Monday for a "Riesling Run" down the west shore of Lake Seneca. We plan to stop at Anthony Road, Hermann J. Wiemer, and Glenora. We will have lunch with Gene at Glenora, and then head back to Utica.

Foodie will be in NYC unfortunately. We might have tried to get up that way, though it would have been tight, but we found out that Dr. Konstantin Frank's wines including Salmon Run are now available here in Maine.

Best wishes, IK. We'll know it was a good trip if you have to rent a U-Haul to bring your loot home from the wineries.

If you have time, it is only about 3 hours around to Buffalo and then up into the Niagara wine region just in case (but I know that you know that)
