rare 1997 Hand-over wine, no retail available, need help

do have several bottles of the Original Hand-Over wine from Hong Kong. it is a 1997 cabernet sauvignon. This wine has been exclusively produced, served and labelled for the Hand-over Ceremony in Hong Kong in 1997 from the British rule to Chinese. Served only to Prince Charles and the Chinese President.
This wine is in no retail Store available and has never been sold retail. What is the best to do with this Wine... ? Or how much I can sell it for?
Hope you can give me some hints.
