I would say that Light Bodied Red Wines,
Beaujolais, Pinot Noir, Red Burgundy, would be served around your questioned temp.
54 - 59ºF (12-15ºC)

When I was growing up in Brooklyn, some of my old Italian relatives and their cronies drank red wine at chilled temperatures such as the above. The wines really suffered from the treatment, but that did not seem to bother the old guys.

Lambrusco can handle the temperature.
