Got tons of coverage here in the desert, most VERY unfavorable. To give credit tho, there were 5 calls to 911 within 20 seconds of the accident. WW

There was someone who called into a local talk show about this one. He said he wouldn't have stopped if he were there because his personal philosophy is "If I don't know 'im, I don't owe 'im." Sad commentary. On the other hand, a psychologist said that this isn't uncommon where there are a fairly large number of observers who think someone else there is going to be the major responder.
