Is everyone okay?

The "whoppa-whoppa-whoppa" of a main rotor means different things to different folks, I guess. To me, it's meant reinforcements, re-supply with food, water and ammunition, evacuation, and a ride home.... so it always brings a smile, and sometimes a salute.

Folks need to be patient with themselves. It's been some time now since my nocturnal adventures included rolling out of bed to dodge a grenade, or punching LW because I thought she was VC. Time passes, the mind heals. I figure such behavioral responses are nothing new, and must have been common even among Caesar's legions. If we're very fortunate, we survive to remember the goofiness.

For five years after getting back from Nam I jumped into a ditch everytime I heard a vehicle backfire. I'm OK now and True Love is very happy.
