A question about your rating system that gives two numbers on a 100-scale. I am becoming familiar with the Wine Spectator and Robert Parker ratings, though started my wine education using the UC-Davis 20-point system. What are the two numbers you give? Is one yours and one from a wine publication or are you rating on two different qualities?

Quality vs. Value. An $8 Cabernet Sauvignon may earn 85 points for quality, but is worth 90 for value due to the cheap price.
