I heard two comments on the national news tonight that had me chuckling. Does anyone edit what they broadcast anymore? Okay, I'm warped, but they struck me as funny......

From a talk radio host who was ragging on the LA Times for their last minute groping articles "The LA Times is a monolith. Their antics have left a bad taste in my listenings minds....." Huh?

From a spokeman for the National Trqansportation and Safety Board on SUV rollovers "If we can keep all four wheels on the ground, there will be much less chance for rollovers." Must be a PhD in physics.....

Yeah, I heard both of those, and the guy who was commenting on SUVs was indeed a PhD in physics. Probably flunked freshman English.
