I'd like to say a quick thanks to the both of you (winoweenie & unknown). In response to unknown, I will certainly keep my posts to one, per each subject. I wasn't aware of the speed, accuracy & consideration that everyone here has when lending advice. Thanks to the both of you-this is exactly what i needed.

I am not unknown!

However, I certainly appreciate the compliment!

MrD and the Buckmeister, He was probably so dazzled by the brilliance of my post he couldn`t make out any-thing else! DA! DA! winoweenie By the way Steve, does Quarters still have the great selection of wine they used to? AND the super B-B-Q?

Yes,
Quarters still has a fantastic selection of wines & the 2nd best bbq in Albuquerque (personal opinion, Mr Powdrelles is far & away the best)-if you happen in to ABQ, swing by Jubilation. It's one of the finest purveyors of spirits & fine wines I have ever been to! Again, thanks for the help. Oh, does it make any difference if I omitted the word RESERVE from the description? It is actually a 1994 Chimney Rock Reserve Cabernet Sauv. I figured it was probably symantex, but wanted to check
