With Roast,baby carrots, and potatoe

I tried a 2002 Mondavi, Wild creek Canyon Cabernet Sauvignon with this meal. It was wonderful. My Neighbor was impressed as well with it.

I haven't had the Wild Creek Canyon but like Mondavi's other Cabernets as long as they have enough years to soften the tannins. Possibly the Wild Creek Canyon is softer in tannins to begin with than some of the Oakville Cabernets.
