Thinking about cooking up a turkey and doing it all myself. Equal doses of wine and turkey. Which wine will I choose you ask? We'll I am open to suggestions...?

So long as you are avoiding all the normal Thanksgiving trimmings, go with a slightly off dry Riesling. If all, then a Zin or Pinot.
