I'm on another sabbatical, thusly I can only make phantom posts. Hate it when I have these nightmares about eating a marvelous 1&1/2 inch steak at this lovely restaurant in Heloites and Hotsie breaking out his best bottle of Sutter Home White Zin(snort,giggle,wink). It would sure enough be a nightmare if you ever found that swill in my cellar, WW. The steaks are another matter, although the supply is dwindling... will soon be time to restock the freezer. Fortunately, we've got a real pretty calf crop this year.
