Stopped by Jim Wallaces' new ranch in Prescott last week. Very neat, private and a beautiful setting. Has a nice cellar that's under 24 hr. lock-up. Between the remodeling and his new online biz I understand his time constraints. He'll maybe come back with us in the near future. Sounds like my kind of place, WW. I've been trying to convince the BW that we need to move further out.....too dang many people around here now....population hit 4200 in January....if 4198 were cattle, that would be OK.

Glad to hear Jim is settling down again. Haven't met him mano-y-mano, but since he was (among things) the tech guy for Wine Trader, he was a big help when I was first setting up my puter.

Can't believe that Helotes is twice the size of Searsport. How can you breathe, Gil?

Not real well, IK. When we moved out here in '79, the population was barely 1000. Now the sky's the limit, with new developments springing up everywhere. Just one - due to open later this year, just outside our city limits - will have 4200 HOUSES! It's 'way past time to get out of Dodge!

Jim is a fine gentleman. I consider it an honor to call him a friend. Glad to see he is doing well, Verne. Thanks.
