1/2 pound of Turkish Saffron! Enough to last a lifetime! Just completed a tour of the Bosphorous River!

Today visited the Topkai Palace where I saw the staph of Moses. I had hoped to stealthily take it so I could part the Mississippi River, but security was tight.

Tonight going to drink some Öküzgözü from the Black Sea. Tomorrow, off to Cappadocia where wine was grown for over 4000 years! I'm hoping to find the gem over there!

Interesting how the name of that drink came out: 1/4 1/4 etc.
Glad you are having a good time. I think it was Moses's STAFF you eyed--not STAPH which is short for a communicable disease you wouldn't want to take away with you.

PW, sounds like you are having a great time! I loved Istanbul too and wished I was not working so much while I was on vacation. My SO threatened to make my Blackberry a permanent installation on the Bosphorous too....... nice to cruise up and down the river. Just watch the fishing lines at the bridges.
