Must make my yearly appearance in Vegas and meet all of the fine friends I've been lucky enough to have met in my business. Following is the list of wines I'm taking for all to enjoy. After several years of exposure to some of these bottlings I've been pleased that 6 of the 14 who will be joining me for dinner have put in their own cellars. They were primarily single malters. Now they are collecting and drinking meeny bottles of good stuff. Here's the list and I'll try to make enough mental notes to post on my return next Sun.
93 Orlando " St. Hugo " Coonawarra Cab
93 Bacino Divino Tuscan Blend, 94 Pahlmeyer meritage, 94 Simi Reserve, 94 Viader , 94 Caymus Napa, 94 Stonestreet Legacy, 94 Whitehall Lane Morisoli, 94 Joseph Phelps Insignia, 94 Mt. Veeder Estate, 94 Spottswood, 94 B.V. Tapestry, 94 Raymond Generations. All are Cabs or blends. The amazing thing is every year after this exercise one or two more of the guys convert which makes for a lot of fun. Whereas we used to talk about " fuzzy-side up " stuff now the conversation goes to wine/food and entertainment. WW

Sounds like a great case plus you're taking with you. I wouldn't mind being at that dinner.

They're not for sampling or sharing, he takes them in place of bottled water and mouth wash.

Sorry KC should have been more specific. Tuesday nite, 2 besides me, Wed 6 besides me, Thurs 2 besides me, and Fri 4 besides me. That way everyone gets to concentrate on more of each pour. WW ( Probably have a few drop-ins some nites.)

Returned last nite beat, but not broken. Will post abbreviated notes on the wines we drank under the cab thread. My recliner calls. WW
