First of all thank you for the replies... I also have a Chateau Margaux of 1975 and a Rothschild of 1993 and 1985, also a D'Yquem of 1987...and a lafite rothschild of 1974

I know a place where I can buy a magnum Lafleur Petrus 1997 for about 100 $ would this be a good or a bad deal

Well you can do what we did for you last time. You can go to www.wine-searcher.com and have a ball. For a check on the vintages, you can go to www.winespectator.com and click on the vinatage charts. With these wines you don't have to worry about vintages.
