BTW, molded cheeses are still my all time favorite, paired with syrah, either Barossa Aussie or Rhone blends. I absolutely love any cheese that allows me to clear a room out so I can sip on my glass in peace. Yes wine is to be enjoyed with friends, but sometimes, its good to be king of the room... A new blue cheese I have discovered is Pure Luck Hopelessly Blue Goat Cheese. Its blue cheese meets goat cheese but its more of an entry level blue cheese that may or may not be better for you than regular blue and its certainly not as strong.

PW, If you're a fan of goat cheese and blue cheese, you have to check out the Hubbardston Blue from Westfield Farms right here in MA. It's a really delicious surface ripened chevre, and it won Best of Show at the American Cheese Society convention. They also have another blue called Hubbardston Cow which they developed for release during the winter months when goat milk is in short supply. They're only a few miles away, so we visit periodically, but you can find them at www.chevre.com.
