I have been reading up on the Piedmont region and decided to try a bottle from the region. Very expensive but I was able to get my hands on a bottle of Rizzi Barbaresco Riserva 2001 for $17.99. Just looking for some food suggestions, decanting etc.. Any other reasonable wine suggestions would be great
Thanks

Do a search on the word Barbaresco in the Italian Wines thread below and you'll turn up others in the fairly recent past, along with food pairings.
