I won a bottle of Bolla Sangiovese di Romagna 1994, Does anybody know how much this bottle may be worth? and if is a good wine???????????

H Choco, and welcome to the Wine Board. It cost $8 to begin with, and hasn't appreciated. The question is whether or not it is drinkable. My opinion is boarderline at best.

Hello Choco,

94' wasn't a great vintage in Italy and although Bolla does make some great single vineyard wines, I would drink it now.

Since you won it you have nothing to lose! When you open the bottle, smell it. If it smells like Grandma's basement, then don't drink it. Otherwise, enjoy it
