Where do I locate information about the wine I was given?

I recently received the following wines as a gift. I would like to learn more about them and serve foods approriately fitting to them. Please help.

Hi Jseykoro, and welcome to the Wine Board. You should be able to get your info here, so we'll take the first crack at it. The first four are drinkable Bordeaux that should be fine, but of no particular value. The St-Emillion is merlot based, and the others are cabernet savignon based. Say based, because all Bordeaux are blended. They all would go with any heavy meal; beef, lamb, sausage, game, etc.

The Riesling d'Alsace may be the best of the bunch. Wish you'd listed the maker/shipper. Most of this wine is wonderful, year in year out. They are as dry as riesling gets. Enjoy it with most any light dish; especially fin fish, chicken breast, entree salads, etc. It does pack a good belt of acid, so no problem with the salad.
