that is a pretty broad question. Perhaps it would be easier if you had more specific questions?? There are lots of good books on wine making too, you can check your local libraries.

Pretty simple...entire science of winemaking is packaged by nature. The juice/liquid is in the grapes. The nutrient (sugar) to fuel the fermentation is there. The yeast to make it happen is there on the skins. At it's most basic, you squeeze the grapes and nature does everything else.
