Is this wine still good?

I know absolutely nothing about wines. My husband won a bottle of ConchayToro Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon 1992 wine several years ago. We kept it in a closet for a year or so (I don't think it would have ever got very hot there), then put it in the refrigerator where it has been unopened for about six or seven years. Like a previous post, I am thinking of giving it away in a "white elephant" gift exchange. Will it still be fit to drink?
