I just got a bottle of Terre Di Montalecto Chianti 2000, I was wondering how long should I let it age if any, and what to serve with it?

This one is ready to go now.

Pop it open with some quality hamburgers.

I put some red wine, garlic powder, italian seasonings with my ground beef. Makes for some good burgers.
