Hello Seamari.
If it says Pocas Junior on the label then its by the small family owned firm of that name. Anyway, what you have there is a Port from a single vintage (1982), but left in wood for at least 7 years before bottling; actually a vintage Tawny. The bottling date is usually shown on the label (are you reading this Wino?) Can't help with US prices, but won't be worth an awful lot I guess, mainly because of the little-known House (Pocas) and perhaps concern that it may not have been stored properly. since leaving Pocas.
If it was mine I would take great delight in opening it, and pouring it very carefully because it's most probably thrown some sediment (not harmful but not very pleasant in the mouth). T.
