Need Help Choosing A Wine

I have tried many wines and they all taste really strong like alcohol. I am new to wine and would like to know some fruity tasting wines. Also I heard someone talk about a new Zinfindal that is dark almost like a merlot and very fruity could you suggest some wines for me. Thank You

Zinfandel has always been dark. You must be referring to the White Zin, a lesser product from grapes of so so quality.

If alcohol seems to be a problem, try a German Riesling which often has only 8 or 9% alcohol. The heat is not nearly as noticeable.
