Les Pagodes de Cos '95 any good?

I recently went to a store and noticed a number of people getting the '95 Les Pagodes de Cos. I found a website containing of the wine at http://www.cosestournel.com/uk/pagode.html

It is selling at apprx US$50 (S$85) here. Is it good? or worth it? I read the website site but couldn't undertand about 60% of it.

Anyone care to enlighten me??
