Some one gave me a bottle of Louis Latour Bourgogne Blanc. The label says "Bourgogne-Appellation Bourgogne Controlee- Annee 1995--
Eleve et mis en bouteille par Louis Latour a Beaune, Cote D'Or France". It also says it is a 200th anniversary (1791-1997)edition. Is this drinkable? If so, when? Or do I basically have some nice French vinegar? Many thanks for any help...

Would not have much faith in its drinkability. If you want to give it go, have a nice Macon Villages chilled in reserve.

Thanks, Innkeeper -- that's pretty much what I figured...
