I am interested in finding a sweet tasting wine. And I need to know what wines to serve with main dishes, such as beef, chicken, fish pork. PLEASE HELP.

Hi Bobbysbabe, and welcome to the Wine Board. One sweet wine that would go will all you list one way or another is German Auslese Riesling. For other choices of food/wine matches, reseach the thread Food and Wine Affinities on this Board.
