I'm working on it for you, but have not nailed it down completely yet.

Merrydown Mead is a commercial product. That means it ought to be locatable.

Here is what I found at a web-site about mead:

Very pale to deep yellow. Lighter color honey is used in dry types while darker honey is used for sweet styles. It can be dry, medium, or sweet to very sweet with a light to full body. The final gravity determines how the mead is classified: dry at 0.996-1.009, medium at 1.010-1.019, and sweet from 1.020-1.050.

Commercial example: Merrydown Mead.

O.G.: 1.090 - 1.140; Alcohol: 11 - 15%; IBU's: 0; SRM: 1 - 5.

One of the other members here gave me a web-site for Merrydown:

www.merrydown.co.uk

I have been to their site and their corporate history mentions the manufacture of mead. However, they seem to be no longer in production. I sent them an inquiry via e-mail.
