I have bottle of 1980 Canadian Club Whiskey which was 6 years old at bottling. Do you know how much it is worth?

Wine ages in the bottle, whiskey does not.

So, you might have a collector's item because of the bottle, but not because of what is in the bottle.

However, don't throw out the contents. If you like whiskey, drink the stuff. If you don't like whiskey, give me your address.....

Hi Christine and welcome to the board. As was answered so eloquently there is no appreciation in the whiskies as they are aged and then bottled and that's as good as they'll get. As far as what it's worth, probably no more than the current release. WW
