I have two wines from Romania and would like to know if it is worth anything.

It is a 1960 Pinot Gris and a 1977 Cabernet Sauvignon

Welcome to the wine board. I'm afraid my news about your wines is not encouraging.

Most likely not worth anything. Pinot Gris is usually intended for drinking within two or three years after the grapes are harvested. Most Cabernet Sauvignon wines do not last that long either and storage is also an issue. If the wines have been exposed to light, too much heat, vibration, etc. they would probably be damaged anyway.

Hi Manus and welcome to the board. Unfortunately Romanian wines are not on the collectible mainstream. The anaswer given by WOW is dead-on. WW
