Japanese Plum wine and cold Sake

I have a bottle of Japanese plum wine from Disney world with no vitange. Any suggestions on a main course ? I also have a bottle of Sake to be served cold, not hot. Again any suggestions on a mian course other than sushi/sashimi ?
