That must be those hormones acting up. Congratulations, by the way, Liz.

Red wines are made from dark skinned grapes fermented with their skins. White wines are made from white (or light skinned) grapes fermented without their skins.

Go to www.wines.com/store and look under BEST SELLERS for a book called "RED & WHITE: Wine Made Simple".

This is a very nice introduction to wine that will give you plenty of good information to start out.
