Our wine tasting group of twelve members meets monthly at a host's home. Members are asked to bring either a wine or a appetizer. Problem is, we seem to end up with a lot of incorrect wines. Dunno why, but it makes the tasting difficult! Suggestions?

Hi Vinman and welcome to the board. It's very simple to have fun doing it you'alls way. Outline the wines to bring ie; Chilean reds...Aussie Chardonnays, German Reislings, etc and then have the ones bringing the appetizers to match the wines. Helter-Skelter in pairing wine and food only works with Le Amis Du Vin members. WW
