Hello.....I am new to the Wine Board and have enjoyed reading some of your postings. It sounds like a fun group to be a part of and I look forward to 'talking' with some of you during my journey on wine.com. I have recently started representing a new wine product for my company called 'The Perfect Sommelier' and was wondering how I might further educate myself on the different wine styles and the effects of tannins on the wine, which is what this product changes?
