How do the experts get those labels off without damaging them?

Been trying to remove them by soaking/peeling, but cant do it with success.

Thks IK. I guess I did it wrong cuz MY search yielded zero results. I will soak them as before

I soak them in hot water mixed with washing soda. They usually just float right off.
