How to choose wine for storage ?

I would really like to know what are the type of red wine (dry) that you can store for ageing and will taste better as long as you keep them ? (Of course, in the proper way).

Any red wine will improve with aging to a point. No red wine will age indefinitely. Ageability depends on the vintage, the producer, the grape variety and the storage conditions. As you can see, your question is to broad to answer apropriately.

There are some general rules...Cabernet Sauvignon based wines tend to age longer than Merlot or Pinot Noirs, but then some Cabernets age for a long time and others not so long.

If you're going to start collecting, it's best to at first buy only wines that have a track record...a reputation for aging. As you taste them when they're young, and then as the age...you'll begin to develop your own palate for wines that are ageable.

There is no simple answer. Read a lot...taste more...and start collecting a little at a time.
