I have a bottle of red wine. It's details are: SCHRODER&SCHYLER&Co
S&S SAINT SEMILION
BORDEAUX
FRANCE
MAISON FONDEE EN 1739
I WOULD LIKE TO FIND OUT ANY INFORMATION CONCERNING THIS PARTICULAR BOTTLE OF WINE, IT'S HISTORY, VALUE ETC.

Hi Annab, and welcome to the Wine Board. Is there a date (vintage) anywhere on the bottle? The 1739 date is the date the company was started.

THANK YOU FOR REPLYING, THERE IS NO OTHER INFORMATION ON THE BOTTLE.I DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIND OUT THE VINTAGE.IT LOOKS VERY, VERY OLD. I COULD USE YOUR ADVISE

Without a vintage there is not too much we can tell you. If it is very old, it probably isn't worth very much or be drinkable. Very sorry to tell you that.
